Oil Economy Focus Rapid Review

This is the first time ever that a Chinese leader has joined the Vladivostok discussions. China is progressively interconnecting with the Russian Far East. International transport corridors, Primorye 1 and Primorye 2, will boost cargo transit between Vladivostok and northeast China. And Gazprom is about to complete the Russian stretch of the massive Power of Siberia gas pipeline to China, that starts operating in December 2019, in agreement with CNPC. But what really seems to be capturing the imagination is the Trans-Korean railway that could be connected to the Trans-Siberian Railway… once this were built it would be a possible rail link from South Korea to Europe.
